It Rocks

Danica (Noah directly behind her)

Noah, Ben, and Daphne take a little break to read a World Atlas.

We got invited to go rock climbing yesterday with some new friends.  We all gave it a whirl (with the exception of Noah and Danica). Noah could have tried, but he didn’t want to. It was really, really fun! Rock climbing has never been one of those things for me….. those things that you think you just have to do. Well, my mind just might have been changed. I never thought of it as a family sport, but it actually can be. Certainly, Zach and Gabe are hooked. It’s challenging, fun, and in terrain where the ones who are not climbing find plenty to do to keep busy. Danica enjoyed eating muffins, tasting dirt, and watching chipmunks. I’m much too tired to elaborate more. I’ll just say we all agreed – rock climbing rocks!
