A Testament to My Hick-ness

Gabe: Mommy, my jacket is almost the same as yours. Except…. mine doesn’t have duct tape on it.

I wonder if he knows it’s been super glued too. Perhaps, I should invest a little time into the cosmetic improvement of my jacket before the full onset of winter.

I often wonder that about my clothes. I bought new boots this weekend for the first time in probably 10 years, and they weren’t Sorels.

Yeah…. Graeme jokes that he’s going to sign me up for that show…. what is it? The one where they make fun of your wardrobe and then send you shopping for a new one?

What Not to Wear! Hilarious! Although you have got nothin’ on the people on that show!! At least as far as I know… you don’t wear anything that is tight and animal print right??

  4. Angela says:

No… nothing tight and animal print here, except for my…. uhh…. never mind. 😉

When it gets to the duct tape and super glue stage, I always figure that’s why God created the Sally Ann.

Too funny! Gotta love the Sally Ann. I just outfitted myself for the Christmas dinner there today – for $11.
Zach’s art looks great. I need to get him to inspire my kids to draw more than houses and people. 🙂

Robyn, I highly recommend “Drawing with Children”. The WPL has it. Check it out.
