Or Victory Pasta Sauce
1/2 red onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 celery stalks, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
Sauté until onions start to become translucent.
Add:
1/2 sweet potato, finely grated
1 medium beet, finely grated
3 carrots, finely grated
Continue to sauté until just tender.
Add:
1 can tomato sauce (I think it was 28oz.)
1 can pasta sauce (I used Classico Sundried Tomato/Garlic)
