Zach designed this Zoob robot and then did a photo shoot beginning with the finished product. He disassembled it, took pictures of the various sections, and how they go together. He wants some help doing photo editing, layout, and printing. I’m not sure what he plans to do with the final instructions. Reuse them himself? Publish a book? I didn’t ask.
This was the creation of today – a pleiosaurus. He tucked it somewhere safe for all the action tonight and plans to do another photo shoot, disassembly, instruction-making with it as well.

I remember this sort of thing happening a lot last year….the kids were full of ideas for projects, and they were projects all of their own. I remember really noticing that they didn’t seem to need approval for the finished product, and it made me feel like we were on the right track. When you said that you weren’t sure what he intends with the photos, and that you didn’t ask, it reminded me of those projects. Both boys look so proud of their creations…
